Energy is the language of the body — and your breath is the key to unlocking it. When we breathe with intention, we create space for energy to move freely, releasing tension, inviting clarity, and restoring balance to both body and mind.
Join me and the Energy Works Body team for an afternoon designed to help you pause, reset, and reconnect with your inner calm transitioning into Fall.
What Is Breathwork?
Breathwork is the intentional practice of using specific breathing patterns to influence your mental, emotional, and physical state. This isn’t just “taking a deep breath” — it’s a guided process that can:
Calm the nervous system and reduce stress
Increase mental clarity and focus
Boost energy levels
Release stored tension from the body
Support emotional balance and resilience
When practiced regularly, breathwork can help you show up in life with more ease, clarity, and presence.
What Happens in a Session?
In our breathwork gatherings, I guide you through a sequence of breathing techniques, paired with intentional music and moments of stillness. You may feel warmth or tingling in the body, a lightness in the chest, or a deep sense of release. Our Energy Works Body team facilitates energy release with hands on and off techniques. Participants leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to themselves.
This is a safe, supportive space — you don’t need any prior experience, just a willingness to explore and be present with your breath.
