I majored in biology and microbiology and hold a degree in Dental Hygiene from UMAB Dental School. My studies and growth have led me to become a Certified Reiki Master, Energy Master, and Breathwork Facilitator. I am a member of The Conscious Leadership Group, a Hoffman Institute Graduate, founded six businesses, and invented and patented a germ defense product.

 

     I have an insatiable thirst for knowledge in all things energy, science and healing. I love exploring how science and our energy bodies work together and the marvel of how humans can use both to feel better. My deep understanding of how the flow of energy affects our body, mind, and spirit has led me to find my zone of genius and true purpose in helping others feel and flow better. 

 

     I believe everything is energy. Using my intuitive gifts balanced with science-based modalities, I have helped clients around the globe improve their physical, emotional, and spiritual health. Conditions such as PTSD, asthma, chronic pain, inflammation, autoimmune diseases, strokes, anxiety, depression, physical injuries, Covid, sleep disorders, everyday life stresses, and so much more.

     Through a combination of Guided Meditation, Reiki, Energy, Somatic Breath Work, and my Intuition, I work with your nervous system to move stuck energy thus creating energy flow within your energy body. This tends to shift your nervous system from a "fight-or-flight" or sympathetic state to a more relaxed and calm parasympathetic state. This flow creates the space for your mind and body to connect and start its's own healing process.
