Welcome to Energy Works Body,  everything is energy and tension is the body's stress response to trapped energy. In a world bustling with demands, I've carved a path to assist you in creating and feeling your energy flow. As a certified Reiki, Energy and Intuitive Master, Energy Works Body Method will help you reduce the weight of trapped energy and tension to create profound flow and synergy between energy, body, and mind.

This tension or trapped energy is the stress response finding a home in our body. I have dedicated my energy in discovering solutions that help relieve this stress response. Through a combination of Breath work, Reiki, Energy, Somatic, and my Intuition, I work with your nervous system to move stuck energy to create flow within your energy body. Energy healing opens energy centers and removes blockages I call "SPLATS". This allows trapped energy to flow, which serves all the major organs and endocrine systems. Once your central channel energy is in flow, it provides the space for your mind and body to connect and start it’s own healing process within the energy centers. This also provides an opportunity for your mind to connect with your body in the present moment, "There's nothing like the present moment to create effective change!”

I have an insatiable thirst for knowledge in all things energy and healing, exploring how science and our energy bodies work together and the marvel of how humans can use both to feel better. My deep understanding of how the flow of energy affects our body, mind, and spirit has led me to find my true purpose in helping others heal and feel better.

Having struggled with weight, chronic back and neck pain, diverticulitis, inflammation, and more. I believe in the principle "the body holds the score". Many seek help with the mind and physical body but forget to heal the energy body. This creates stuck energy or dis-ease within the body. I respect where you are in your journey and will help you find better ways to feel.

Through my own trauma and health challenges, I have learned to master my energy and will show you how to master yours. We're not talking about exercise, weight, or diet. Did you know our bodies are designed to either protect or heal itself? I will teach you how this works and how to make it work for you.
